I actually never asked why they picked "Amy", probably because it was only ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR AND COMMON NAMES EVER!!!!
LOL, yes I hate having such a commonplace name. I got my middle name, LaBelle, from my grandma- - it was hers.
Just a cool name that I love - - one of my roommate's, her full name is Alexandria Britannia Diann Williams... I love it. I forget the reasoning behind it, it's all like British stuff and her dad's last name and her mom's name and stuff...I'm not sure.... But I love it!
