A floor in my dorm, known for heavy drinking, uses this one when celebrating a resident's birthday. The words are slightly different.

For a guy:

Here's to brother ___, brother ___, brother ___,
Here's to brother ___, who's with us tonight.
He eats it, he beats it, he even mistreats it,
Here's to brother ___, who's with us tonight.

DRINK M*****F*****, DRINK M*****F*****, DRINK M*****F*****, DRINK! (as the birthday boy takes a shot)

Repeat twice more.

For a girl, brother becomes sister, and m*****f***** becomes b****.

Then there's the Engineer's Drinking Song... I'll post that if I can find it...
