I knew it was coming. The Republican party began to come out strong against Lott AFTER they saw that this controversy had spun of control to no end. It is the best move for the party. It's actually good to see people from his own party come out against the issue, and not just hide behind party politics.
It sure would have been nice if the Democrats did this against Bill Clinton (in large numbers) when he disgraced the White House
.... instead Clinton is hailed as a hero and he gets nominated to the Black Hall of fame
..... and AA's wonder why the children of this generation have no sense of morals or values.... but I digress...
