When I think of tipsy, I think of my 77 year old grandmother giggling after her second Makers and water.
I have NEVER used that term to describe myself. I'm either buzzed, really buzzed, drunk, or tanked/smashed. Only twice in my drinking life have I ever hit the "totally f#&*ed up" point.
