This highlights some of the problems of so many of our schools with strong Greek systems and old chapters. Old traditions die hard. When alums keep coming back they expect nothing to change. It promotes a culture that might have been fine in the 60's, 70's, 80's or even 90's but not so today. Hopefully this serves a sa wakeup call for KA, SN and PKA to change their new member programs for the better.
