I honestly don't see how it would matter. I know my sorority is based on Christian Ideals and I'm Jewish. When I went through rush I fell in love with the girls and they inturn with me. I do know of one PNM who when going through rush asked a girl (of another sorority) about the diverseness of the girls her reply was, "well we have girls with brown hair, blond hair, strait hair,curly hair...". She told me this story during recruitment, all I could do was smile and nod. All I can say is every school and every sorority is different but I know for a fact that most NPC sororities would love to have more diverseness, it spices up life.
