I say pretty fair.
If you like to party join NPC.
If you enjoy deeper stuff join NPHC.
Both are good.
The only memory that sticks out of my mind when I was in a NPC organization was partying at *** house until 8 in the morning. I say it's all good.
Unfortunately, I don't know that much about NPHC organizations, but what I do gather is that it is pretty different from NPC orgs...in my opinion...what IIIII call deeper. For example, being active in your GLO AFTER you graduate.
