Congratulations on your new members!!! I LOVE initiation, but it's been a long while since I've been to a chapter initiation. I did go to Convention and attended that initiation, which was an awesome experience (Hundreds of your sisters sitting quietly before initiation begins, then reciting things in unison. . .EVERYONE should experience that!!)
