Me and fraternity did our first anual week of giving, in cooperation with toys for tots. We bought a couple bikes and some toys and collect toy and cash donations. I'll let you know tomorrow how much we beat our goal by. I was just out there in subzero temperature. It didn't cost me anything except time, but I feel really good about it.
Those little kids will be thrilled. Also, one guy walked by and told us he really appreciated us being out there. And then one guy gave us props and made us promice to keep rocking out. my face is red. I'm going to go thaw out now.
So, if you see charity workers, just thank them, it will make them feel warmer, even you cant spare the change.
