We did most of the things that everyone else has posted, so while I don't have anything new to add in that aspect, here is one suggestion I do have - try to hold some of the workshops away from your chapter house. A change of scenery always helped everyone focus on the task & it was fun to get away for a while. That way, you don't have to worry about your workshop being interrupted by that sister who always brings her phone with her.
