-1/4 shot Absolut Vodka

-1 splash Pineapple juice

Long Island Ice Tea
-1/2 oz. Vodka
-1/2 oz. Gin
-1/2 oz. Rum
-1/2 oz. Tequila
-1/2 oz. Triple Sec
-1 oz. Sweet & Sour
- Top lightly with coke

Tom Collins
-2 oz. Gin
-1 oz. Lemon Juice
-3 oz. Club Soda
-1 tsp Superfine Sugar
-Garnish: Cherry, Lemon Twist, Orange Twist
