Your post brought back memories of the early 90's, when my LSs and I were neophytes and quite a bit of our bonding revolved around Sunday nights at Sir Richard's in North Jersey (they closed before I could give them any of my business -- I was 18 when we crossed and I think girls had to be 21 then).
Anyhow, I did make it twice to another establishment with them, Klub Khyyam (sp) in Irvington. Lawd, lawd. I guess not much has changed in ten years. "Put a hump in your back! ..."
Back then, the headliner was from Philly, reputed to be about 14" and during his show he would, er, let it hang out. The ladies would bum rush the stage!
For me, the thrill is gone. I hope my sorors/SFs don't have any tricks up their sleeves for my bachelorette party next year!
