Well I have never done anything like this, but I think it sounds like a good idea. I think confrontation is a difficult thing and we not only need it with our sisters, but with people in general.
I know my big sis is ritual chair and a lot of new girls and even old girls didn't even know what our symbols etc were. So she made a poster board and made a presentation at meeting. She said she would do that until all the girls knew it. I know that isn't exactly what you are doing, but it is important for girls to know what oaths etc they are suppossed to be holding up. It is too bad that after pledge training girls often forget the ideals of their house. SO i would try a presentation- make it interactive. Also talk to someone at your school as in counselors and they may have resources regarding confrontation!
