While it might be easy for passers-by and law enforcement to assume that this was some sort of prank (Greek or otherwise), in the context of some fairly high profile beatings, assualts and a kidnapping (if I recall correctly) on the Boulder Campus over the past several years, it is understandable that the police reacted in force.
