OK, I am totally not saying anything about the HIV comment because I'd get slack about mine.
I believe that everyone should have their own trained bear. This bear would wear cute clothing and do your laundry and cook for you. The government should provide bear funding, and I believe lots of people would be off of welfare if they only had a bear.
