My sophomore year I lived in an apartment on the first floor. My first floor neighbor and I both had Mexicans living in the two apartments above us--I don't say that to be racist or anything, I mean literally they were from Mexico, and they used to play their Mexican music LOUDLY where you could hear it no matter which of their apts it was coming from. The ones above us had sex ALL the time and the TV was often loud. They also had a very loud system in their car and they would park it outside our back window (that was where the parking spots were) and jam out to some funky Mexican music that was so loud our windows literally rattled from the bass of it. It was pretty pathetic that you could always hear them coming home before they even got to the drive that goes into the parking lot
