Ouch!
Hope the noisy neighbors quiet down soon.
We had paper-thin walls in my dorm, and one year the triple next door to me had the LOUDEST group of girls in it. "Indoor voice" was obviously a foreign concept to them! These girls also would turn off the stove burner if I (or anyone) set a pot of water on it to boil for pasta and walked away for even a minute.
And the teenagers where I currently live will insist on their bass at odd hours of the night... BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM grrr...
