Last year, when I was living in the campus apartments (mostly athletes - really loud obnoxious, "i can do whatever I want because i'm an athlete" people) there were lots of noise problems.
We thought it was the girls below us at first - so my roomates would stomp on the floor of their bedrooms. Turns out, it was the guy below us and behind us. His music was THAT LOUD. But, he was a football player.
Then there was the case of the ever-repeating song. The girls below us woul put on a song, usually Whitney Houston singing the national anthem, and play it over and over. And leave. It was very bizarre.
