Well as for the point system.. I know my chapter uses it as kinda a guideline for assigning sapphire (big/lil) sis's like if you were below the required % you were last in line to get one, also if you fall behind for a majority of the semester you are taken to Judicial board (our standards/discliplinary board) Also no shows (ie no phone call) are a fine of a dollar.
