I had a FABULOUS weekend!
My DZ big sister's baby shower was the weekend before last, but I wasn't able to make it. So, I promised that I'd drive down for a visit this past weekend to make it up to her.
As it turns out, she went into labor early and instead of driving down for lunch, I was able to spend quality time with her and her new DZ legacy at the hospital this weekend!
My presence gave her husband time to run errands and check on their son who was staying with his grandmother, so I was really happy to be there to help out.
The baby is beautiful and both mom and daughter are doing great. And, as if that wasn't enough, Georgia Tech beat #8 ranked NC State and Georgia lost to Florida. It was the perfect weekend.
