I imagine that these guys won't get completely off, they may be kicked out of the Cav or the Corps, but i highly doubt that anything serious will come of it.
All of it stems from their association with the Corps of Cadets, and therefore their status on campus. Our school administration dislikes Greeks a lot, but coddles and protects the Corps and band.
So, other than the kicking out of the Cav of some of the members, i don't think this will be prosucuted too harshly.
