My controversial thoughts:
There are very few eligible and desirable black men (read: upper middle class and upper class) and those few should marry black women.
I am virulently opposed to long-term welfare dependency. I don't like having my tax $$$$ going to people who stay on it generation after generation. If I'm going to pay taxes, I'd rather it go to education.
