I personally have a bigole problem with the scale numbers and even the BMI for saying if you are fat, overweight, too big, whatever.
I weigh over 225 lbs. ( no

faces here people trust I have LOST weight. And I'm tall.)
But no one ever guesses I weigh over 175. That's the highest guess I ever had someone throw at me. PLUS, I'm tall as heck, so the numbers kinda 'lie'. That number says I should be fat, and at 6'2'' apparently my BMI says I am overweight, but I am neither. So from personal experience I just say screw the numbers and go by how you feel, how you look, and the doctors orders.
PLUS... I guess it's just my culture but I come from a place where I worried about my behind and thighs not being big or round ENOUGH (to be attractive of course, it cushions my seat just fine). LOL
And the guys be looking for 'body' as in curves, some (SOME) don't mind a little belly, don't want no girl with huge hard muscles in her arms (the legs are a different story), etc. I appreciate the rounder female form because of it... I'd rather look that way than be too skinny. So, I've known women who are 5'4'' who definitely would not be called fat... and would definitely be pursued more than the skinny or 'healthy' chicks... all in the attitude and where you are.
that's my $.02...
