Okay, I just re read your post and your point was that you'll lose your license anyway. That's not necessarily true. I know a guy who got a DUI. They let him plead to a DWAI. That's 8 points on your license which won't cause a revocation unless you've already got a hefty DMV record.
But like KDDani said... Just don't do it. It doesn't matter how much control you THINK you have. Lots of people still die every year.
