I lived in the dorms for two years. My first year, I lived in a dorm that was pretty far off campus, so that sucked. I also hated my roommate, who, putting it nicely, was a dork of the highest order. So that was bad.
Sophomore year, I lived in a dorm that was right on campus and I had a single room. That was *awesome* because I was right by everything and I had friends close by, but when I wanted time alone, all I had to do was go to my room. That was the best of all worlds.
