well that depends... I mean it seemsa as though the media is trying to persuade you to believe that this kid was brainwashed and malnourished...being that he is still legally a minor this could be considered as abuse

Personally I think, minor or not, they both deserve the maximum penalty allowed if found guilty. But ya know I think there is more to this case that the officials involved is unaware of. I mean realistically they didn't truly solve this case had Malvo not called in they would not have made the connections. These guys could possibly be through the Al-Qaeda network which is all over the world not just Afghanistan. Then there is the issue of copy cat shooters...who really knows?
