My aunt and her best friend were at FSU at that time. My aunt's best friend was actually approached by Bundy in a bar and they danced and chatted a bit. If I remember correctly he tried to follow them or something to that matter. But the two noticed and ended up staying with my uncle that night. They're story is in a lot of the Ted Bundy books. It's strange that stuff like this can hit so close to home. In the Washington attacks one of the women killed was a UF alumni and the lastest victim is from Melbourne Fl which is 30 minutes from my hometown. I have been praying every night for my family that lives in Fairfax VA that they will be safe from this lunatic bastard who's doing this to all these innocent people.
