It's never a bad idea to wait for results like that before speculating much. Otherwise, we become just as bad as the people who assume that the group did something wrong because it's a fraternity.

Now, the way the evidence is coming together, it looks like there may indeed have been some wrongdoing, but I would hold off before speculating on just what the scope of that wrongdoing really is.
