True. The PKA's here at Central Oklahoma are a great group of guys. Since you're from Tulsa you may know 'em. Just chartered in April. I have a great deal of respect for PKA. To see this single incedent leads me to believe this was a single unorganized act of stupidity. It depends on the circumstances whether or not the chapter should see any repercussions.
