Optimist Prime, no I don't think that girls mind an inexperienced guy, but this is coming from an inexperienced girl. Even the way experienced girls have come across a guy who hasn't been around much and I think that it gives the girls a change from the same type of guy that they are used to- the ones with the big egos who think they are great.
I too am concerned about the original post- I think that if you are that concerned as to if he will mind your lack of experience, he might not be the right guy for you. However, I understand your questions and I think that it is normal to wonder things like this, especially when you are getting to know a person. The best person to ask this kind of stuff too: HIM!!
I know it might not be the right time now, but if you are planning on having any type of initimate relationship with this guy, you should be able to talk about things like this when the time comes. Okay, I'm really not trying to sound like a preacher, sorry if it comes across that way.
