100% . When I was younger, all of the kids on my street knew that if one of us did something not only would we get a whupped by our parents but also the parents that caught us being bad.
I too do not feel bad for their parents. Why were these kids out so late? Even at the age of 20, I still do not stay out late if I have classes the next day. Besides the kids being held responsible, I feel that the parents should hold responsibility for what has occurred.
What is happening to today's children?
