The Bid Day ceremony yesterday was also magical! I got to meet all of my future sisters and we got our first t's and group picture!!
Such great sorority things to have. It was an amazing ceremony, I was a little saddened however, because there are 4 legacies in my pledge class, and all of their mothers were there and the mom's put the new member pin on their daughters...I just wish my mom could have been there...but she said she is going to try her hardest to come to the installation and initiation in November. All of the women seem so nice, I couldn't be luckier to be surrounded by them! Sunday is our first colony meeting and in a few weeks we'll elect officers...I think I will run for President...when I do things I go all the way...so why not? I'm ready and willing and up for the challenge. I'll let everyone know how it turns out. A HUGE THANKS TO EVERYONE who has helped me through this...knowing that I have CG here to support me after each round was so encouraging.
