Usually once in the morning when I get to work and once or twice in the afternoon. More if I'm bored. Like Lifesaver I don't really get online at home...there's just so much other stuff to do. I log onto AIM at home late at night but I'm not surfing the web...just chatting with friends, etc. from out of town. I might log into GC once on the weekend but then again, I'm usually out of town or busy so it depends
