All the smaller orgs need to form an alliance - not "against" the larger stronger groups, but to go into schools as a "package deal" so they aren't the one person walking in to the school dance alone.
And NPC needs to help the smaller groups out. We joined 50 years ago and are still feeling the effects. So many of our chapters died out because of double memberships - and I have a feeling the general NPC thought was "so sad too bad."
Sorry to sound so bitchy, but sometimes I think we and the other AES members would have been better off staying as we were.
