Ok the is the old school anti smoking commerical....
It's where that old lady has the hole in her throat, and she sticks her ciggerette in there and takes a puff then blows it out. Then says this could happen to you.
That commerical seriously freaks and grosses me out. I turn my head everytime it came on, cuz I couldn't watch it. It gives me the hebbie jeebies.
