If you feel that a sorority which is deemeed the "most popular" is for you, then you shouldn't hesitate to put it down on your bid card just because you're worried you won't get it. If you have made an effort to get to know the girls and they have gotten to know you, it is *likely* (but never a sure thing) that you will get into that house. If you cut a sorority early on, you might not make it on to their final list at all, but there is the possibility of a snap bid. I hope that made sense!
