Okay so can I just go off for a bit...
Today I decided to talk to my exfiancee online. I have a former coworker in Austin that wants to buy my enetertainment center, AND send me my things.
So I start off the conversation by telling him this information...and he said it just depends on when he's available. So I ask when are better days that others and he gets all snippy at me saying that I should know better, that his scheduel is always changing. Then I said, fine, I'll talk to her more later and get back to you. He says,"You do that". And I say, "jeez, I'm just trying to make this easy for the both of us." And he gets all mad. Somehow we start arguing online and I sign off. I get back online 10 minutes later and he's left me an email...
"Why don't you just send me back the ring because I have someone that wants to buy it so I can get my money back"
First of all, it is a contract of marriage (WHICH HE BROKE) and second of all, it's a gift. All of which he denies. He claims he's spoken to someone and they said I was wrong...which I got this information straight from a lawyer. So he says that he won't send me my things until I give him the ring. Which is complete and utter BS!
If anyone deserves any of the profit off of this ring it's me...for all the YOU KNOW WHAT he put me through...for pretending to cheat on me and possibly doing it....and for all the money I lost moving down there, planning a wedding and moving back.
