I've been extremely lucky as far as ballparks go, from a standpoint of where I live.

Right now I live a few feet away from Fenway Park, and although I'm a Yanks fan, it's awesome to be right near a place with so much baseball history.

Back home, I played high school ball on a field called Muzzy Field. Built back in the early 20s (maybe a bit earlier), it had been used primarily as a minor league field (the New Britain Red Sox, a AA affiliate for Boston, played there for a while). Also, a major league barnstorming tour made it's way to Muzzy in the 20s, with Babe Ruth hitting a home run on the field (they never reported finding the ball). Wade Boggs, Jim Rice, and others played minor league ball there in the 70s, and I was lucky enough to play there for all of high school.
