Oh how funny! You got that right. That's one of those little "facts" that we ALL heard about and that was in the 70's!
God love Jphn Wayne, but I'm glad they have "Brad" now!

Honestly, I don't ever recall the Sigs using John Wayne as a selling point, it was one of those "neat" facts that helped break the ice and get conversation rolling.
