My chapter, and a lot of other chapters, are still able to skirt the no frills rush policy -- the rush chairman writes letters to every member's parents asking them to send a bouquet of flowers to the house on preference day. Imagine a housed decorated with more than 100 bouquets of roses, lilies, tulips, etc... It was very impressive!
