That comment of hers reminded me of this time when my sister was 16 and told me that she didn't "agree" with what I was telling her I learned in my BIO100 class about evolution and adaptation. She told me I was a moron for beleiving that.
As for the sperm swimming up the vagina phenomenon...
It DOES happen. That's how come a virgin with an unbroken hymen can become prego.
It is very rare, but it DOES happen.
It's not something that can be agreed or disagreed with, it just is.
