finding your letters somewhere you didn't expect

1. Did this thread get clipped back when that happened to some of the longer threads? I remember it as being much longer.
2. I wish we could change the name to just Greeks in the Wild or something, since that would be more fitting.
3. My actual content for the thread: I was in a meeting where one of the attendees was wearing a warm-up jacket that said "RUN DST" in the logo of RUN-DMC. So at the very end of the meeting someone said "are there any last questions?" So I of course jumped in with "Yes, I have one, but it's totally unrelated to what we've been doing. Is the DST on your jacket for Delta Sigma Theta?" She said it was, and I told her I loved using the RUN-DMC logo. Very GenX!

Am I recalling correctly a recent time when Greeks at either Auburn or Alabama cooked/served food to the general public following a tornado outbreak? That was truly special.

Does anyone know if same campus Greeks will be preparing/serving a few general public meals during the SNAP desert? Perhaps during Thanksgiving Break?

That might have been when the horrible tornadoes struck Tuscaloosa. Auburn started a drive for the citizens called Tigers for Tuscaloosa. They had a blood drive that reached into Georgia, so I donated.

Then a few years later when that psychopath killed the oaks at our Toomers Corner, Bama had a drive called Tide for Toomers and they raised money to help us replace the oaks.

I didn't expect to find the Delta Gamma letters in this Saturday Night Live skit.
I recall that Delta Delta Delta has been featured in a few skits over the years, but this might be a first for DG.
