No, I would think not. I mean, only Congress has the authority to declare war? I don’t think a president can start a war, unless it’s in self-defense, and even then, he needs congressional authorization. I think?

Why is everybody tripping out? Trump is about 90% talk. It’s the 10% he isn’t talking about that we should be worried about. He can’t do any of this BS he’s threatening to do. Think first term. He didn’t do anything he wanted to do then, at least not the off the wall threats.

The things he did do have very long term damaging consequences, especially for women. The first term he didn't have the house/senate, but now he has both of them. He changed the face of the Supreme Court for what will be decades and can continue to do that too. He did a helluva lot of damage. And his "talking" isn't seen as just hot air by the allies he's threatening with military takeover.
