I am sorry to hear about your health. You need to be sure to focus on the positive and let your friends and family know what is going on. I'm sure that a positive outlook and the love and support you receive from your friends and family can play a big role for a quick recovery. Explore your options treatment-wise. Look into holistic medicine as well as conventional medicine. Theres no harm in covering all your options. I wish you lots of luck and will keep you in my thoughts.
