Does NPC have any "agreements" regarding charter "suspending" instead of "relinquishing"? Or is it up to each collegiate NPC organization to decide? Also, is the chapter responsible for "dues" even if it's suspended?

Asking because I was recently involved in the same type of scenario. Our chapter first needed approval from the college IFC (due to multiple expansions occurring in the future) and our HQ required the chapter to pay "specific"
national dues.
