If, and this is a big if, the university is really serious about upgrading their Greek community, it will be a big change. They have seemed to be actively trying to discourage Greek life up to this point. Our chapter has struggled with their housing and the university doing their best to discourage the chapter members from having a safe and secure place to live.

Do either of you know whether the Quincy Phi Sigma Sigma chapter is definitely closed, or perhaps only temporarily dormant? The official Phi Sig website and the Quincy Greek Page website no longer list that chapter as open.
