I would give her a chance before you do a pre-emptive strike and try to kick her out before she even returns. She might have grown up a lot in two years and ceased to be such a pain in the butt. Also, sometimes it's just a question of certain personalities clashing...I've seen a lot of instances where people were fine on their own, but when they got together with one or two others, it was an evil force.
If you just move to get rid of her immediately, that will make you look worse to the newer sisters than anything she could do.
