The third presenter per the Clemson PHC instagram page is AOII. Last time was AOII, AGD, and Pi Phi, with Pi Phi being selected. Of the three groups presenting this time-Delta Gamma, Phi Mu and AOII-Phi Mu and AOII would be new chapters to campus and DG would reestablish their Epsilon Kappa chapter which was open from 1981-2003.

Also, that's so sad to hear about the AGD chapter. I know there was a ton of excitement for their reopening because they restarted a few chapters in that area at the same time.

That is so sad to hear about the USC chapter of Alpha Gam. USC's greek system seems very stratified, and not at all Panhellenic. I worked at an upscale women's clothing store in Pasadena in the nineties. Many of our customers were USC grads, and they were sorority alums. There was much talk of "good" and "bad" chapters at USC. (Most of these women did not work, and shopped as a hobby.)
