Wow....just about everyone is in the low 30s and Tri Delta got 47? I wonder what happened there. Looking at the pictures online, it's hard to tell if the photo is of just the new members or the whole chapter.

CSULB Panhellenic mentioned that Tri Delta is one of the four sororities participating in COB so I suspect that the 47 number for a New Member class is a mix of actives and new members in the photo.
