I thought the suddenly-Asian relative was her niece, but a year later it's hard to keep the nonsense straight.
And I'd be lying if I told you the bird rush story didn't remind me of Blue Eyeshadow Fake TriDelt Creative Writer Lady.

I didn't realize it was fiction!! That is interesting, were any of the story(ies) that she presented factual?

Yes! At first, I was on board with the Bama story until about the middle of it. Some of the comments from the Grandmother were hilarious.
Then when it progressed to the Pacific NW , that ending completely gave it away for me. Complete fiction in my mind. Maybe it was a " made for TV script".
LOL

How did I miss the Arizona one? Wasn't that the "Saint" daughter?
Guess what I'm reading tonight?

I also forgot about the Arizona “perfect” twin.
Any psychologists out there who have insights into the motivations of the author because I find her/him/them fascinating.

What?... totally agree. I would love to know the mindset of the author(s?) of these crazy stories!
Although I love reading the threads in this site since joining GC last year, I literally never post. That is, until I read TriDDD’s fantastical saga! I couldn’t help myself! My sister (biological and sorority) and I actually had quite a few conversations about the craziness of that one, the Arizona story, etc.
So, really.... TriDDD = DistantXOCousin? That’s our opinion also!

OK I'll bite on TriDDD. Just my opinion. Exchanged a few PMs with her while she was active here. She dodged a few of my direct questions (we SLPs are good at ferreting out info). Offered to intro her to the local Tri Deltas when she is here in Tucson visiting her daughter (forget what chapter the purported AZ daughter joined, not important to me). Friendly PMs. The AZ Tri Delta chapter is on a suspension (not disciplinary, low membership numbers) and the TriDDD poster expressed interest in making those local connections here and assisting in reestablishing the chapter. That's the gist of it. So, as they say in the "business", "lap dissolve"... and
*crickets*
My conclusion: fantastical story telling. She's a slippery one, too. I have my reasons for saying that. Whatever. Ain't nobody got time for that! She can go story tell elsewhere. Probably is. We see a lot of that here on GC. It's going on currently. Always has, always will.
Don't quite see the DistantXOCousin connection, I'll trust Carnation on that one. And my gosh this Alabama thread took an interesting turn.
